What are your epi-pen carriers made of?Allergy Haven epi-pen carriers are made from 100% durable cotton canvas. What are the dimensions of your carriers? Will it fit an epi-pen and puffer?
Are your carriers insulated?No. If used in hot or cold weather, please take the necessary precautions such as avoiding direct sunlight. Allergy Haven is currently developing an insulated carrier - Please check back! Is your carrier water-proof?No (we suggest you remind your kids not to throw it in the fish pond ... ;-) Can I place an order off line?Yes! How long will it take for me to receive my order? (U.S. orders)All orders are shipped by the next business day. Orders are sent via first class mail and arrive in 3-5 business days. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $25. To expedite, you may choose to send your package via USPS Priority Mail ($10, 2-3 days) or Express Mail ($22, overnight). What is the shipping cost, and how long will it take to receive my international order?First Class: $8 flat rate, 8-10 days What is your return policy?Allergy Haven gladly accepts the return of unworn and undamaged products within two weeks after receipt of goods. Please send the products to the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will process your return promptly and will remit your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty (30) business days of our receiving your return.
